The services "Rent a car with a driver" and "Transfer" are provided only by prior order (no less than 1 day before the proposed lease).
Orders for renting a car are accepted from 09-00 to 19-00 by phone +7 (3902) 320-312 or 24 hours a day in on-line mode. Orders for the next day are accepted until 17:00 this day.
When booking, the car class is reserved, not the specific model. However, your wishes for the make, model, body type and color will be taken into account.
- Child seat - 100 rubles. for 1 pc.
- Transportation of luggage in the car - 100 rubles. for each place.
- Transportation of animals without a container - 200 rub.
- Payment Methods:
Cash in the office.
- By bank card. The main payment systems are accepted for payment: VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro.
- Bank transfer for all cities of Russia through any branch of the Savings Bank of the Russian Federation. The order is considered paid after the actual receipt of money on the settlement account, usually within 3 working days.
- To the cash driver
- By bank transfer.
Responsibility of the Customer:
- The customer pays for the services of paid parking for the period of car rental.
- Smoking and drinking of alcoholic beverages in the car salon is carried out only with the consent of the driver.
- The customer has no right to demand exceeding the established speed and violation of traffic rules.
- In the event of damage to the car or the car's salon due to the Customer's fault, the Customer is obliged to compensate the damage caused.
- It is forbidden to transport large animals without special bags-containers.
- It is forbidden to carry large objects in the car that can disrupt the driver's view.
Responsibility of the Contractor:
- In case of failure of the ordered car, the Contractor reserves the right to replace it with a car of a similar class or a higher one.
- In the event of a breakdown of the Executor's leased vehicle when the order is executed and the failure can not be rectified within 30 minutes, the Customer may be provided with another vehicle of a similar class or higher, or the Customer has the right to refuse further maintenance. In this case, the Customer returns the cost of the unworked order time at the current tariff. If the fault is rectified or the car is replaced within 30 minutes during the executed order, the order time is not prolonged.
